Sketch's Pad Page #43 Robert Williams Toon'd: The Student

Time for some Art fun. Been tying to get back to the basics so here is a short cartoon I did from a conversation I had with Robert Williams. I'd like to do more of these if I can get the time. It's really short so enjoy:

"Robert Williams has been fouling the Art World's nest since 1957 and is still going strong. The Godfather of Lowbrow Art and founder of Juxtapoz Magazine pulls no punches in this mind expanding presentation from the 2011 Los Angeles Art Fair."

Sketch's Pad Page #37 BIONIC WARS

Behold! The BIONIC WARS have begun!
An ode to my favorite show as a kid, The Six Million Dollar Man.
I have envisioned it here as if it were pitched in a Star Wars fashion.Researched on the web and painted in Photoshop, the piece contains elements of The Six Million Dollar Man and The Bionic Woman combined in a Star Wars theme as a reminder of a time when giant movie pitches had not yet taken hold, the glorious 70's!
